I offer 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching, available individually or as a combined package. My work supports women with personalised guidance in exercise and nutrition, helping them work towards their health goals while understanding how the female body can respond differently to training and nutrition over time.

I take an individualised approach that recognises women are not one‑size‑fits‑all. My work is informed by a deep understanding in female physiology and focuses on practical, personalised exercise and nutrition guidance in sync with your female body, lifestyle, and goals.

No. I design every personal training programme to suit your situation, whether you prefer a gym, your home, or outdoor workouts.

No. Your programme is tailored to your fitness level, experience, goals, and evolving female body. I guide you safely and effectively, adapting your programme as you progress.

Coaching is paid monthly, with a minimum two-month upfront commitment. After those first two months, you can cancel anytime, and any month you’ve paid for is fully included.

The Complete Coaching Package includes full 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching. You receive a clearly structured, personalised exercise programme, along with regular check-ins, ongoing support, accountability, and education
The Independent Package Includes a personalised exercise programme and nutrition guidance to follow independently, with progress reviews every 6–8 weeks and no regular check‑ins.

Yes, absolutely. From experience, this is the most effective approach. The combined coaching package costs €200 per month and includes a personalised exercise programme alongside nutrition coaching, including support with understanding energy needs and macros, weekly check-ins, ongoing guidance, and education

Yes. I support women who want to work towards fat loss and improved body composition through personalised exercise programming and nutrition coaching. My approach focuses on sustainable habits, education, and guidance around training and nutrition to support our evolving female bodies.

With the Complete Coaching package, I’m available for weekly online check‑ins, along with day‑to‑day support for questions and troubleshooting via voice notes or messages.
With the Independent Package, you’ll have a scheduled progress review with me every 6–8 weeks.
